The term Second Hand (or "Pre-Loved") is the generic term and simply means: used .
- A second-hand designer bag has already been owned and used by another person.
- Her age doesn't matter – she can be from last season or already 30 years old.
The term vintage is a special category within the second-hand segment and refers to the age and style of the product:
- A bag is considered vintage if it is generally at least 20 years old.
- It is often typical of a particular era (e.g. the 80s or 90s) and embodies the style, materials and craftsmanship of that time.
- Note: Every vintage bag is second-hand, but not every second-hand bag is vintage.
In summary:
Second-hand is used . Vintage is old, used, and stylistically relevant .

5 hearts. This item is new!
4.5 hearts. Like new condition.
4 hearts. Item is almost like new, has slight signs of wear.
3.5 hearts. Item shows significant signs of wear.
3 hearts. Item has minor defects.
For quality reasons, we do not offer any products with a rating below 3 hearts for sale.
Every bag with a merchandise value of €100 or more comes with a dust bag – either from the original product (if available) or from us. You can see exactly what's included in the respective product description. An invoice from us is, of course, always included.
All bags are carefully inspected and prepared before being sold. Depending on their condition, they are professionally cleaned or refurbished to ensure you receive your designer bag in the best possible condition. Any signs of wear are clearly documented in the product description and photos.

Yes, absolutely. Every bag is checked for authenticity by our experts and comes with a certificate of authenticity. We also include all original authenticity tags, if they are still present – you can see this in the respective product description.
That won't happen – but if it does, you're protected by our lifetime authenticity guarantee. Should a bag unexpectedly turn out to be a fake, we will of course take it back and refund you the full purchase price.

Goods can only be returned with our attached label; please do not remove it if you wish to return the item.
We ship exclusively with DHL – always fully insured for the entire value of the goods and with a tracking number. As a customer, you are therefore completely protected from shipping to delivery.
As soon as the packages have been delivered to our shipping service provider, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
It's a shame that you are not satisfied with your item. Of course, in this case you can send the item back to us.

If you have changed your mind, just write us an email and we will find a solution. The order can only be canceled before shipping!
